Peppers Creek + Wine Country Wedding + Popcorn Photography + Jen and Pete

Jen and Pete are such a fun couple - so happy, caring, loving and so full of life!

I first met Jen and Pete at their Boy Meets Girl shoot here in the Hunter, where we unexpectedly got rained on (thank you Mother Nature!) and by 'rained', I mean a torrential downpour that created small rivers either side of the road we were photographing on. Nevertheless these two were absolute troopers and embraced our misfortune and I am sooo in love with the images that we captured at the shoot.

Now, onto the Wedding - Mere and I had an absolute ball! Our incredible friend Darlene from Peonies Boutique Weddings worked her magic on the florals and styling (just check out that hanging floral in the chapel below - INCREDIBLE!), while our other awesomely talented friend Tim from Lighthouse Cinematic Productions filmed the day as it unfolded.

The Ceremony was so heartfelt, both Jen and Pete couldn't stop smiling at each other and my heart was doing a little happy dance while they spoke their vows. The wonderful Lillian Lyon officiated the Ceremony and it was just perfect.

We then started the beautiful location shoot on site of Peppers Creek - unfortunately at this point, my new shoes did not agree with me and I ended up getting the most awful blisters, but Pete's groomsmen were to the rescue and saved me with a trusty pair of double pluggers (thank you again, you legends!).

The Reception - WOW. Not only were the speeches incredibly sweet, meaningful and hilarious but Jen and Pete had organized the Hot Potato Band to entertain their guests. I have never in my life experienced such a happy, crazy and awesome bunch of people. The guests were going mental on the dance floor and Mere and I were running around like headless chickens trying capture each and every moment, it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.

A huge thank you again to Jen and Pete for sharing such a fun-filled day with us, everything was absolutely perfect and we feel so blessed to have captured such an unforgettable day for you both.
