International Wedding Photographer + Popcorn Photography + Emma and Waheed Sneak Peek
Today's sneak peek is Emma & Waheed's. Another gorgeous couple and a truly elegant wedding in the Hunter Valley. We were fortunate to work with our favourite suppliers or as we call our group, the A Team - the best of the best in our field and this is the team you want when you never want to compromise on service, quality and style. As such the day went off without a glitch...or is it a hitch? hmmm but they did get hitched. Clearly it's too early for my brain.
Moving right along. Emma and Waheed chose to stay at Peppers Convent, which is always lovely and their wedding was held at Roberts Circa 1876, one of our all time favourite venues in the Hunter Valley.
Emma looked stunning (to say the least) in her Claire Pettibone gown and I was ohhhh...ing and ahhhhh...ing over it all day. Claire is my favourite designer of feminine, elegant and oh so pretty gowns, and as we all know, her lacework and backs are to die for! Emma is a dream to photograph, has the prettiest, most sparkling eyes and her gleaming smile is contagious. Her hair and makeup were flawlessly done by oh so talented Belinda Ward
Darlene from Peonies was the Guru in charge of the florals and all styling. Once you see the photos of her work, you will understand immediately why she is part of the A Team. Her work, not only looks magnificent and no detail is left undone, but the bouquets and all flowers, look as fresh and the end of the night as they do at the beginning of the day. Nothing, breaks, wilts, sags, stinks or browns at all. Trust me, shooting 70 weddings per year, we have seen everything!
A beautiful ceremony was held and officiated by the Hunter Celebrant or otherwise known as Anthony Burke. We love Anthony as he is laid back, light hearted and such a teddy bear. After the ceremony, we wandered the grounds taking some lovely photos, before Rog took Emma & Waheed to one of our secret locations for some final shots before the sun went down.
The reception was filled with laughter, a few happy tears and some kickin' tunes by our favourite DJ XYDJ
So, it really was a a sensational wedding and we were thrilled that the BEST wedding film maker around, Matt & Tash from Design Patrol, were able to capture it for our fabulous couple.
